Plan bike maintenance, plan major works,
recruit volunteers for works, record major works, agree
sub-contract when work needed by outside dealership. Report to
members on bike status. |
Health & Safety
Officer:

Check safety at rides, do risk assessments
when needed (e.g. if a new track is to be used). Report to
members. |
Kit Manager:
Aaron Blunt |
Keep track of kit in stock, issue as
needed, check kit is worn correctly at rides.Report to
members. |
Van & Bus Manager:
Jake Berry |
Ensure van is fully clean and roadworthy
and make sure bus is booked and looked after by group (e.g.
cleaned). Report to members. |
Minutes Secretary:

Record minutes of each meeting. |
Ride Manager:

Plan dates, recruit volunteers, take
control at rides. |
Trip Organiser:

Plan trips other than rides with Rog. |
